Obama: Making Education EQUALLY Bad for All- Update

President Obama’s proposed $3.55 Trillion budget gives money to a plans-yet-unseen universal health care account,   more money to welfare programs designed to keep people in poverty, and more money to so-called “green energy.”

But Obama managed to take an ax to a program that’s saving nearly 2,000 students from arguably the worst metro public school system in America.

The President, who said on the campaign trail in February of last year,

“If there was any argument for vouchers, it was ‘Alright, let’s see if this experiment works,’ and if it does, then whatever my preconceptions, my attitude is you do what works for the kids,” the senator said. “I will not allow my predispositions to stand in the way of making sure that our kids can learn. We’re losing several generations of kids and something has to be done.”

Soon after the article was filed, then-Senator Obama’s campaign released a statement saying,

“Senator Obama has always been a critic of vouchers.”

Which is it?

Now we know.

Republican House Leader John Boehner (R-OH) issued a statement exposing the budget provision, which forces 1800 mostly low-income and mostly-African American students back into failing D.C. public schools.
